By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities, to pay the Ex-gratia Amount (Anugrah Rashi) on account of on-Duty Death of the petitioner's husband Late Surya Vansh Pandey, in pursuance of the Relevant Government Order & Office Memorandum, issued by the Respondent Authorities, along with interest."
