By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents, to Revise/ Recalculate the pension of the petitioner, after giving the benefit of Third Amended Promotional Pay Scale/ Grade of Jailer i.e. Rs. 7500-12000 (Vetan Band Rs. 9300-34800 & Grade Pay of Rs. 4800) after completing the 26 years services In view of the Clause-2(1), Minimum Reserved Basic Pay 8,750/- in pursuance of the Government Order No. 2- 2104/DUS/62(M)2008 T.C. Dated 22/12/2011, & in view of the Para 1 & 2, of the Government order No. 1300/22-1-2011-133/2008 dated 23/6/2011 & Government Orders dated 05/11/2014, 03/03/201
