By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner, who is widow of late Rang Bahadur Patel, Retired Constable 286 CP, has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities, to Revise/ Recalculate the pension of the petitioner on the original pay scale of the petitioner's Husband and also to grant the benefits of Revised Pay scale & 7th Pay Commission, in view of the Relevant Government Orders dated 21/07/2011, 17/03/2012, 05/11/2014, 03/03/2015, 26/08/2015, 23/12/2016, 10/06/2017, 18/07/2017, 10/10/2017 & 13/04/2020 with all consequential benefits."
