By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants transfer from Ghazipur to Gonda where her husband is posted considering the government policy to place the husband and wife at the same place. Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the Government Order dated 07.06.202. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event petitioner's representation, if, made to the competent authority namely the respondent no. 3, is directed to be considered strictly in accordance with law.
