By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner claims to be aggrieved by the order dated 28.12.2021 as according to him this is not the correct decision on the representation made by the petitioner pursuant to the order of this Court previously passed on 09.07.2021 in writ petition being Service Single No. 11594 of 2021. In the considered view of the Court, no mandamus as such can be issued unless and until petitioner challenges the order dated 28.12.2021 by which he is aggrieved. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. Petition is consigned to records at this stage. However. liberty rests with the petitioner to challenge the order dated 28.12.2021 by which he is aggrieved.
