By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following relief: "I. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to calculate the gratuity, pension and other retiral benefits due to the petitioner from the order dated 29.02.2000 in Writ Petition No.7740 of 1991 and release the same in favor of the petitioner within a stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 28.02.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State does not have any objection in the event representation of the petitioner is considered and disposed of by competent authority namely respondent no. 3 in accordance with law.
