Petitioner is aggrieved by the notice of termination dated 12.03.2025 while he was posted as Commandant, 1st Battalion, Central Reserve Police Force, Neemuch (M.P.). 3. Sri A.P. Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent raises a preliminary objection as to the maintainability of this petition on the ground that the order in question can be assailed either in the territorial jurisdiction of Rajasthan High Court or the CRPF Headquarters, Neemuch (M.P.) situates, Madhya Pradesh High Court within whose territorial jurisdiction. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the fact that he was served with the notice while he was posted in Rajasthan. 5. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter, however, petitioner is at liberty to apply before the High Court having territorial jurisdiction in the matter, if so advised. 6.
