This Court while entertaining the present petition has passed the following order:- "Learned Standing Counsel to obtain instruction as to whether petitioner would be re-allotting accommodation after its renovation and what alternative accommodation petitioner would be provided during the period building in question undergoes renovation. It is made clear that if appropriate instructions are not available by the next date fixed, the Court will take serious view of the matter. Put up as fresh again on 05.03.2025 before appropriate Bench." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has placed instruction before the Court, which is taken on record. Copy of the instruction has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. As per instructions, vide letter of allotment dated 28th March, 2025, petitioner has been allotted official accommodation by the Principal of Medical College
