The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying as under: "(i) To quash the order dated 08.10.2024 passed by Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Lucknow, dismissing the OA on the grounds of delay. (ii) To issue writ, order or directions to the respondents to grant 20% disability pension to the petitioner, duly rounded of to 50%, from the date of his discharge from the service, with arrears and interest as applicable and with consequential benefits of service." 3.
