Petitioner who is working as Principal Assistant in the office of Basic Siksha, Budaun wants allotment of work in accordance with the Government Order dated 19.06.2023. 3. It transpires from the record that in the above regard petitioner has already presented the matter before the competent authority twice on 23.07.2024 and 12.08.2024. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that respondent no.4 is the competent authority in the matter who may be directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner take decision upon the pending representation of the petitioner. 5.
