By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authority to provide the second A.C.P. as Grade Pay Rs.7600/-, pay scale Rs.15600-39100 after completion of 16 years services from 2008 to 2016 i.e. till date of retirement with suitable interest in accordance with law." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection if the petitioner makes representation before the respondent no.2 to raise his grievance which may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make representation regarding his claim within a period of four weeks from today before the competent authority which shall be loo
