By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no.2 to consider the case of the petitioner for her transfer from district Kaushambi to district Barabanki within certin stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court on the post of community health officer; II. Issue the writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 22.02.2025 of the petitioner within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
