Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to make payment of grade pay of Rs.4200 to the petitioner. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to give promotion to the petitioner as is being provided to other paramedical staff. III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide representation dated 15.01.2025." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2, namely, Director General, Medical & Health Services, U.P. Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow to look into
