By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner claims to be discharging his duties as Collection Peon, however, he has not been permitted to discharge duties ever since 17.09.2024 on the ground that he is absconding even though it is contended that the petitioner has repeatedly reported for duty and have made several representations. 3. In the given facts and circumstances when the petitioner himself states that he has already reported to the transferred place and only on account of illness he could not have reported for certain period, I consider it appropriate for the petitioner to approach Additional District Magistrate (Finance/Revenue), District Ghazipur alongwith certified copy of order of this Court by making a fresh representation regarding his grievance within two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order,
