By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner seeks a direction in the nature of writ of mandamus to command respondent no.4 to comply with the earlier transfer order dated 13.12.2019. 3. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the said transfer order has not been given effect to till date as he was not relieved. 4. From the record it transpires that the petitioner in the meanwhile has been relieved from Tehsil Rasra to Revenue Office Collectrate Ballia on 04.03.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner wants transfer from District Ballia to another district. 6.
