By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the Gratuity Amount, Commutation of Pension, Family Pension w.e.f. June 2024, along with interest to the petitioners. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the claim of the petitioners with regard to granting the Gratuity Amount, Commutation of Pension, Family Pension w.e.f. June 2024, along with interest to the petitioners." It appears from the records that in the above regard petitioner has already moved a representation on 03.01.2025 which is still pending.
