Heard Shri Varun Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners. The present writ petition arising out of the judgment/order rendered by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench in Original Application No.332/00357/2022 on 02.08.2024 whereby the leave encashment as claimed by the respondent for a maximum period of 300 days has been allowed. Interestingly, pensionary benefits allowed in favour of the respondent are complied with in view of the judgment/order rendered in O.A. No.62 of 2018 of which a reference has been made in paragraph 3 of the impugned judgment itself. This apart, learned Tribunal while adjudicating upon the claim as regards leave encashment has specifically referred to the relevant rules of CCS (Leave) Rules in paragraph 9.
