By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to pay the full pension (pakki pension), commutation value (pension vikri) and arrears of the petitioner with interest." It appears from the records that in the above regard petitioner has already moved a representation dated 13.09.2024 before the respondent no. 2 which is still pending.
