And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Shailendra Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 01.04.2025 by which he has been transferred from one block to another block in the public interest. In the considered view of the Court, once the petitioner has been transferred within the district, I see no justification as such to interfere in the matter exercising my extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. However, it is left open for the petitioner to apply before the authority concerned against the transfer order, if he has any personal grievance and it is provided that in the event petitioner prefers a representation before the competent authority namely the respondent no. 4 within a period of two weeks from today along with the certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered and dispos
