By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs as substantial relief: "i) To Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and decide his representation dated 06.01.2025 (Annexure No. 9 to this writ petition) by a reasoned and speaking order. ii) To Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 to pay Rs. 1,86,694/- along with interest as admissible under Payment of Gratuity Act to the petitioner, which has been less paid to the petitioner towards his Leave Encashment, Gratuity, Insurance and Provisional Pension from June to October, 2024 due to revision of his pay scale from Rs. 64100/- to Rs. 60,400/- to meet the ends of justice."
