By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent authorities, namely, respondent no. 2 to permit the petitioner for participating in the U.P. Police Constable Civil Police Direct Recruitment 2023. Learned Standing Counsel submits that recruitment process has already been completed and results have been declared on 13th March, 2025. In such circumstances, therefore, I decline to grant indulgence in the petitioner. Petition is accordingly dismissed and consigned to records.
