The argument advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner was transferred from Kanpur to Lucknow on her own request vide order dated 29.6.2024, however, on the very next date, same order came to be recalled on 30.6.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the order is silent as to the reason for recalling of earlier order passed date 29.6.2024, but perhaps according to him, reason is petitioner's home district shown as Lucknow and Kannauj in the official records. He submits that service book contains home district of petitioner as Kannauj only. It is in such circumstances, therefore, , he pleads that the order dated 30.6.2024 needs to be quashed.
