Learned Standing Counsel has filed the instructions today, which are taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the transfer order dated 14th February, 2025. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been transferred on certain complaints made in respect of which preliminary fact finding enquiry were conducted and petitioner stood exonerated. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that petitioner has already stood relieved pursuant to transfer order dated 14th February, 2025 on 29.3.2025 and has yet not joined at transferred place. Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties and having perused the records, I find that the petitioner has been transferred on administrative ground.
