By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners want grade of Rs. 2800/-as has been awarded to similarly placed Health Worker Female in the judgment passed by this Court in Writ A No. 12730 of 2023 (Smt. Savita Devi and 9 Others v. State of U.P. and 2 Others) decided on 10.10.2023. It transpires from the record that in the above regard, petitioners have already approached the competent authority by making representation dated 19.12.2024, however, there is no document annexing thereof. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner in the above regard may make fresh representation before respondent no. 2, who may be directed to be disposed of the same in accordance with law.
