Petitioner before this Court is seeking benefit of the old pension scheme on the ground that the advertisement was issued prior to the enforcement of new pension scheme on 28.03.2005 and relies upon the notification of the Finance Department issued in this regard on 28.03.2005. 2. It is pleaded in the petition as well as in the representation made by the petitioners that requisition of the posts were made on 10.08.2004 that appointment of the Veterinary Doctors will be made against the vacancies that had fallen vacant prior to 2004. The petitioner has further relied upon the Government Order dated 10.07.2024 which provides that Veterinary Medical Officers who were appointed prior to 28.03.2005were entitled to pension as was applicable then but since the Government Order is not mentioned in the requisition, petitioner has not been benefited with the old pension scheme. 3.
