By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner prays for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 2 to offer compassionate appointment to the petitioner on account of his father dying-in-harness on 15.6.2023 while working as Nazarat Peon, Collectorate Azamgarh. It is submitted that soonafter the sad demise of his father, petitioner moved an application for compassionate appointment on 17th July, 2023 annexing therewith all his academic records with further reminder made in that behalf. It is also submitted that no objection affidavit has also been filed by all the members of the family. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued to the concerned respondent to decide the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment, in accordance with law. In view of above, this petition is disposed of with dire
