Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:45514 Court No. - 4 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 3974 of 2025 Petitioner :- Jitendra Kumar Respondent :- The State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Anura Singh,Atipriya Gautam,Sr. Advocate,Vinod Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 10th March, 2025 as well as consequential relieving order dated 11th March, 2025. From the perusal of the transfer order, it clearly transpires that it has been issued in administrative exigency. In the circumstances when relieving order has been issued as a consequence to the transfer order, I consider it more appropriate that the petitioner joins at the transferred place first and then is permitted to make representation to the competent authority, namely, respondent no. 3. Accordingly, it is provided that If the petitioner after joining makes a representation within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by respondent no. 3 within a further period of three weeks by me
