Petitioner is a complainant before this Court who has approached this Court for a direction to the authorities to take action upon the inquiry committee report which has already been submitted on 27th February, 2024. In the considered view of the Court, no writ petition can be entertainable at the instance of a complainant inasmuch as no public interest litigation in service matter is entertainable, however, petitioner can maintain a miscellaneous civil petition, if so advised.
