By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "b. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to grant the Assured Career Progression (ACP) according to the Government Order as per law." Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in above regard petitioners have already moved series of representations the last one being representation dated 10th December, 2024, which has remained pending consideration till date. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event respondent No.- 5 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10th December, 2024 strictly in accordance with law.
