By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to sanction and pay the death cum retirement benefits like family pension, gratuity and other dues of petitioner husband tot he petitioner along with admissible interest forthwith."
