The present writ is preferred for a direction to the competent authority for taking decision on the representation dated 13.1.2025 which claims some pecuniary service benefits including pension arising out of the death of the deceased wife of the petitioner who died during service. Without commenting on the order impugned passed by the State Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow, we hereby direct the opposite party no.4 to take decision on the petitioner's representation dated 13.1.2025, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
