In absence of definite averments regarding the zone of eligibility or the candidates available, it is difficult for this Court to find any error in the interim order passed by the learned Tribunal rejecting the interim prayer made in the original application. Thus, leaving it open for the petitioners to disclose categorically all the relevant facts and the figures regarding the zone of eligibility in the two sources of recruitment i.e. promotion/deputation, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case any such application is filed by the pet
