By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has approached this Court for a writ of mandamus to command the respondent to measure the size of the petitioner's chest through an independent and transparent process by a High Level Committee. 3. According to the petitioner, the physical standard test was held on 31st January, 2025, in which he was declared unfit for not having the requisite measurement of chest. He though has filed objection against the same on the same day but his request was not acceded. Thereafter he filed representation before respondent no. 2 on 10.02.2025 but till date nothing has been done in the matter and accordingly, petitioner approached this Court. 3.
