By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants direction to respondent no. 2 for permitting him to participate in the written examination for the post of Auditor and Assistant Accountant, which were advertised by Commission. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that written examination was already conducted on 5th January, 2025. It is further submitted that once written examination has already been conducted, no fresh examination can be directed to be held. Upon pointed querry being made, learned counsel for the petitioner as to when admit card was not issued and why he did not approach this Court before examination was held, he submits that he kept waiting for reply from the Commission as he
