Petitioner is retired from the post of Conolidator in respondent establishment wants fixation of salary of grade of Rs. 46,000/- in the basic salary in the light of Government Order dated 4.5.2010 and consequential benefits. It transpires from the record that in the above regard, petitioner has already represented before the competent authority, namely, respondent no. 3 on 25.4.2024. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event such representation is directed to be disposed by the competent authority, in accordance with law. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 3 to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
