By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order of posting at Community Health Centre Dhani on the ground that petitioner being a contract appointee could not have been transferred from original place of posting where he was offered contract appointment. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the order was passed for transferring the petitioner from Community Health Centre Nichlaul to Laxmipur on 01.02.2023 and hence he approached this Court by filing writ petition being Writ-A No. 3883 of 2023 and this Court vide order dated 22.03.2023 set aside the transfer order only on the ground that as per the terms contained in contract appointment such contractual employee is required to serve at original place of posting and cannot be tra
