The submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the order of suspension has been passed absolutely on vague flimsy charges without any iota of consideration in support thereof. 2. Prima facie, the argument advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner appears to have substance. 3. Matter requires consideration. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, shall be filed within two weeks thereafter. 5. List this case on 16.05.2025. 6. In the meanwhile until further order of this Court the order of suspension dated 07.02.2025 shall remain stayed. Petitioner shall be permitted to discharge his duties and shall be paid salary. However, pendency of this case will not come in the way of respondent in proceeding with and conclude the disciplinary proceedings in accordance with law provided the petitioner cooperates. Ord
