By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to pay the regular pension to the petitioner from the date of retirement and when falls due month to month regularly after including services rendered by the petitioner as a daily wager and work charge employee in calculating qualifying service for determination of pension. b. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to pay arrears of pension to the petitioner with 12 % interest." 3.
