By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner claims post retirement dues with effect from 31.10.2024 as he retired from the post of Ward Boy from Government Ayurvedic Hospital Maindu, District Aligarh. 3. It transpires from the record that in the above regard petitioner has already approached the authority by making a representation but that was not paid heed to. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that he has no objection in the event petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation which may be directed to be decided in accordance with law. 5.
