Petitioners before this Court are working as Pashu Maitri and are claiming regularization at par with other similarly placed employees like Panchayat Assistant and Asha Bahu. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are discharging similar duties, may be, in different context. It is submitted that in this regard, the petitioners have also approached authority concerned, namely, the Additional Chief Secretary, Animal Husbandry Department, Government of U.P., Lucknow by filing application dated 05.08.2024 but no action has been taken. 4.
