Heard Sri Vindesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner wants disposal of his representation dated 28.09.2024 wherein she claims for reinstatement as Computer Operator. 3. It transpires from the record that the petitioner was initially appointed on contract basis on 06.09.2021, however later on for a First Information Report being lodged against him implicating in criminal case that he was ousted from the job. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that chargesheet has been filed in the matter but no evidence has been found by the police to implicate him and, therefore, his name has not been taken in the chargesheet. 5.
