The petitioner before this Court is an applicant for the post of Constable (GD) in CRPF/ NIA/ SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination - 2024. Petitioner was declared medically unfit for hypospadias and hence in both medical and review medical petitioner got declared unfit for these above reasons. 2. The petitioner now has approached this Court for granting one more opportunity to undergo medical examination afresh as according to him in one similar examination earlier held for appointment of Constable (G.D.) in the year 2022, petitioner was found medically fit, copy of which has been annexed as annexure- 4 to the petition. 3. Since the controversy involved in this petition for the purpose of medical test for third time is no more res integra in the light of the judgment of this Court in the case of Miss Neha v.
