Petitioner, who is complainant, by means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution seeks a writ of mandamus to command the respondents to take action pursuant to enquiry report dated 24.04.2024. 3. The Court is of the considered view that no writ petition at the instance of the complainant is entertainable, inasmuch as no public interest litigation has been held to be maintainable in service matter, hence I decline to grant any indulgence in the matter. The petitioner, may have remedy to file appropriate civil misc. petition, if so advised, before appropriate forum. 4.
