As per the instructions petitioner's caste certificate has come to be rejected by the District Level Committee and now petitioner's claim for appointment will be entertainable only after he prefers an appeal and the caste certificate is restored in appeal. In such above view of the matter, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage. Petitioner may approach this Court again as and when his caste certificate stands restored.
