Petitioner is claiming 1/3 of the terminal dues of her late mother like his brother Sandeep Kumar and sister Rita Devi who have already been paid. 2. It is contended that brother Sandeep Kumar had approached this Court vide Writ A No. 11692 of 2023 which stood disposed of on 19.09.2023 and Sandeep Kumar has been given payment. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that there was criminal case pending against the petitioner in which he was sent to jail therefore, the disbursement of his share could not be done but now the petitioner has approached the authority concerned and the petitioner shall also be paid if otherwise there is no other legal impediment. 4.
