Petition is directed against the show cause notice dated 30.04.2024 qua proposed recovery for the loss of public money to the tune of Rs.9,96,676/-. 2. In the considered view of the Court since petitioner has been served with the show cause notice it would be more appropriate for the petitioner to submit reply to the show cause notice, if not already submitted. 3. This petition stands disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to submit reply to the show cause notice dated 30.04.2024 within four weeks from today, if not already submitted, and in the event any reply has already been submitted or is submitted under the direction of the Court, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law in the matter of show cause notice within a further period of two months from the presentation of such reply along with certified copy of this order. 4.
