Heard learned counsel for parties. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has approached this Court challenging the show cause notices dated 05.11.2024 and 27.11.2024. 4. Learned Standing has raised a preliminary objection as to the entertainability of this petition against a show cause notice as the petitioner can submit his reply and a decision is yet to be taken as to whether the respondent would proceed to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner. 5. In reply to the above preliminary objection, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has approached this Court also for the reason that his salary was withheld for the month of November 2024 only for the reason that show cause notice was issued to him however, he submits that subsequently the salary has been released
