Petitioner who has been applicant for the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife pursuant to the advertisement issued on 04.12.2024 by the Commission is aggrieved for non-consideration of her candidature despite the fact that she has successfully filled up the online application form and had took out the print out as per clause 2.7 and had also submitted the requisite fee to participate in the selection process. He has brought to the notice of the Court the print out application form taken by petitioner as annexure No. 6 to this petition also the print out of fee deposit made.
