Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of appeal under Rule 11 of the UP Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the same. 4. Accordingly, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 5. Liberty rests with the petitioner to apply for appeal. 6.
