Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter which is taken on record as per which the allotment of Government quarter in favour of petitioner has been cancelled only on the ground that petitioner has stood attached to head office. 3. It is contended by Shri Kulshresthra, learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner is a widow lady living with her daughter and therefore, the Government accommodation being a safe one, she may be permitted to retain the same. It is also contended that for those who are attached in the office there government accommodations are not available. 4. Meeting the argument, learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's daughter has already appeared in the board examination of Class XII this year and will be certainly trying for undergraduate course and petitioner
